Hello,
I was wondering if these front sights were legal for an NRA sporter competition. They are both Anschutz sights.....

I assume you are talking Sporter Air Rifle .... if so, no, those are precision sights.
3.7.1 Sights
(a) Metallic - Only sights manufactured specifically for sporter air rifles shall be used. Any non-adjustable insert may be used in the sporter air rifle front sight.
If you are talking Sporter High Power, then yes
