The front sight is an AHG Vario Swing:
The aperture is not changing size when I attempt to adjust it. Right now, the aperture is so small, I can't see any white around the black.

I picked up a rifle in an auction in like new condition.
The front sight is an AHG Vario Swing:
The aperture is not changing size when I attempt to adjust it. Right now, the aperture is so small, I can't see any white around the black.

Lots of Luck! I have owned at least 10 of the variable front apertures over the years and your problem is very typical. I don't know of any recourse but to send it back and I haven't found Anschutz helpful. Maybe a dealer like Neal Step would send it back for you. I've moved on to Fixed apertures. Mike Barron
